Williams moved to the U.S. in 2005 and soon discovered how much he liked to work with his hands. Ruiz Concrete was started in 2010 with the goal of blessing ministries and non-profit organizations. Williams enjoys being outside and seeing projects he worked on still standing years later. He has always worked hard, and doesn’t mind having a face full of sweat at the end of the day. He is thankful for a great team and family!
